Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience Level: with/without Customer Service experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred
