Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Senior High Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, excellent Customer Service, strong Interpersonal Skills, experience in Call Centre environments, and effective People Skills
• Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
