Requirement:

- Must have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects, or have earned a minimum of 72 academic units

- Must possess at least 18 months (1.5 years) of BPO experience

- Preferably with experience handling Financial or Banking Technical Support accounts

- Must demonstrate high proficiency in both written and verbal English communication skills
