Salary Package: Up to ₱28,000

Requirements:

• Completed at least 2 years in College or College Graduate
• With at least 12 months of BPO Experience (Voice – International Account)
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, patient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Willing to work onsite at Sparks Place
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers using the ride-hailing and delivery platform
• Assist with booking concerns, driver/passenger inquiries, fare disputes, and app-related issues
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining excellent service quality
• Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary
• Ensure all interactions are properly documented and follow company policies
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to maintain a positive and productive work environment
