• Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
• Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to residents
• Ensures full customer satisfaction.
• Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Assists tenants, tenant-employees,s and visitors in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
• Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for tenants
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management, or related course
• Open 6 days a week and a night shift schedule
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Can start ASAP
