As a Collections Specialist, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payments. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or career shifters—no BPO experience required! Training will be provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Australian customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email, or chat
• Negotiate payment arrangements and offer solutions based on customer circumstances
• Educate customers on billing cycles, payment methods, and account status
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment commitments
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases
• Work on a shifting schedule to accommodate Australian time zones
