As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer relevant solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications

Required:

  • At least a High School Diploma (K-12 Graduate or Old Curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite at one of our designated office locations.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
