Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and claims.
• Provide accurate information regarding coverage, eligibility, billing, and other account-related concerns.
• Assist customers in navigating their healthcare plans and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines (including data privacy and confidentiality).
• Meet and maintain performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team leaders and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• College graduate – no experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2nd year college (no back subjects) with 6 Months CSE or CSR experience is welcome to apply..
• Preferably with BPO / call center experience; healthcare account experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by the account.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work on-site in Quezon City.

Salary & Benefits

• ₱19,000 monthly base salary
• 20% Night Differential
• HMO on Day 1 plus 1 dependent upon certification

Work Schedule

• Primarily night shift (subject to business needs)
