Role Overview

The AU Telco Collections Program is responsible for managing customer accounts across all segments in the Australian telecommunications sector. The role focuses on effective communication, negotiation, and resolution of overdue accounts while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management
• Contact customers with overdue balances via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide clear explanations of billing details, payment options, and account status.
• Collections & Negotiation
• Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policies.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company guidelines in handling customer accounts.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
• Communication & Relationship Building
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to handle diverse customer segments.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in resolving disputes or concerns.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet team targets.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
