We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our AU Retail Campaign. This role is perfect for individuals from all segments, including those with no prior BPO experience, who want to start a career in customer service. You will be supporting Australian retail customers through non-voice channels, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer experience.

• Schedule: Predominantly dayshift (may include occasional shifting)
• Work Type: Non-voice support
• Compensation Package: ₱23,000 monthly

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via non-voice channels (chat, email, or ticketing system).
• Assist customers with inquiries related to retail products, orders, billing, and account concerns.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet campaign performance metrics.
• Uphold professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced retail support environment.
