About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc.', you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately capture customer details and record all interactions in the customer relationship management system
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any 4 years course
• 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required
