職位描述
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and familiar with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required
