Customer Service Specialist (Russian and English)


About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support across various platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.


Key Responsibilities (8-Hour Work Shift):

  • Provide real-time assistance and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels, including but not limited to chat system, Telegram and Discord.
  • Handle and troubleshoot customer complaints effectively, offering timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize customer service workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Work in rotating shifts to cover two designated work periods, ensuring consistent team coverage.


Requirements:

  • College degree or above.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian as a working language is essential.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role in crypto exchanges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Proficient in computer operations and experience with customer support systems.
  • Knowledge of the blockchain/crypto trading industry is a strong advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift schedule in weekly basis.
