What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Providing information about travel destinations, amenities, and policies
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experiences


What we're looking for

  • Applicant at least HS/SHS graduate, no CCE required
  • 6 weeks onsite training, then WAH after (15MBPS Upload; 25MBPS Download)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and a good understanding of travel products and services
  • Proficiency in using computer software and online tools to manage customer information and bookings
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
