We are looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing an exceptional service experience—all from the comfort of your home office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle high volumes of tickets from professionals across other states
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints using internal tools and databases.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Documentation: Record detailed logs of all customer interactions, comments, and actions taken in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure a final resolution.
  • Proactive Service: Identify opportunities educate customers on features that meet their needs.
