We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, an excellent communicator, and confident in handling conversations with professionalism and clarity.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring customers feel heard and supported
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes


2. Issue Resolution

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction


3. Data Management & Documentation

  • Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and case notes
  • Ensure all information is complete, organized, and properly documented


4. Process & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, or support) to resolve issues
  • Follow company processes, scripts, and service standards
  • Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and internal workflows


Qualifications

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles (preferred)

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and basic office tools
