Greet customers and assist them in finding the right shoes based on their needs, preferences, and size.
Provide detailed information about shoe styles, features, materials, and proper care.
Help customers try on shoes and ensure proper fit and comfort.
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of shoes and accessories.
Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low-stock items to the manager.
Assist with promotional activities, such as sales events or loyalty programs.
Keep the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, fitting areas, and storage room.
Stay updated on new arrivals, sales promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.

Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a shoe store or similar setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
