簡介
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms, social media, and in-store channels.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and shipping.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, E-commerce, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
職位要求
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or lifestyle product sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A positive, solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Willing to be assign in San Juan
