  • Handle customer inquiries via voice, live chat, and email with professionalism and urgency
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Present product information clearly and confidently across all platforms
  • Balance customer needs with business goals using effective communication and sales techniques
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to overall team success
  • Promote self-service tools and guide customers toward efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to improve processes
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards

Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification (C1 level)

Salary Range: RM2,000 (Basic) + RM400 (Night Shift allowance) + RM300 (KPI)

Location: Ara Damansara (5-minute walk from LRT Ara Damansara)

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, 9 hours per shift, 5 working days + 2 rest days per week
