Day Shift - Accounts Management 

Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by guiding and educating customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven healthcare topics to help them manage their health and well-being.


Skills Required

  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data sources simultaneously
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
  • Must be fluent in providing explanations and delivering positive scripting
  • Must exhibit active listening
  • Must have good conversational skills
  • Must have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must have keen attention to details


Requirements:

  • Completed 2 years in College (no failed or back subjects) or at least High School/Senior High School graduate
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
  • Must have above-average Communication skills
  • Amenable to working ONSITE in Taguig site
