• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• At least 18 months BPO experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
