Requirements:

• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish language
• Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Preferably with work experience as a bilingual Spanish
• With Customer Service experience

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Assist and guide customers through company processes and services
