  • Manage appointment scheduling for customer service representatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain an organized calendar and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and managing changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone and via email.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in a similar role
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
