  • Provide exceptional customer service to telecommunications clients via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their telecommunications services.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process for new services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Conditions: Full virtual working arrangement, requiring reliable internet connectivity.
