職位描述

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, providing support through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication. This role is responsible for answering inquiries, offering accurate information about products and services, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. The CSR maintains detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system, processes orders and account updates, and follows up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved. They work closely with internal teams such as sales, billing, and technical support to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of patience and empathy. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, previous customer service experience and familiarity with customer service software are preferred. This role may take place in an office, hybrid, or remote environment and could require evening or weekend shifts depending on company needs. Compensation typically includes a competitive salary and may also include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
