Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Travel Account)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Travel Account is responsible for assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and general support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.


Location: McKinley Taguig

Job Type: Full-time | International Voice

Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 Salary Offer

Schedule: Shifting Schedule


Qualification

  • At least 6 months travel account experience
  • Preferred with Travel GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • With Good Communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite at Taguig site
