Description

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions in the database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required, suitable for entry-level candidates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English language, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a positive demeanor.
