We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our compliance and risk management efforts, focusing on key areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC). This position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing?

• Conduct outreach to clients via email and phone to request and follow up on required KYC documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve KYC-related issues.
• Track outreach progress and maintain detailed records in internal systems.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Salary Package: ₱28,000 – ₱42,000 (depends on related experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• College Undergraduate / College Graduate
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• At least 6months BPO voice experience: experience in handling KYC accounts , banking account , financial account
