  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and operational efficiency for management review.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or management is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level; No experience required, but experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using customer service software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to lead a team and provide constructive feedback to members.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for customer service excellence.
