  • Oversee daily operations of the chat support team to ensure timely and effective customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor chat interactions and provide constructive feedback to improve communication skills.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
