簡介

Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
Resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
Analyze feedback and implement improvements.
Generate reports to inform management decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience Level: 4 years of experience in the BPO industry, 2 years of it in a leadership role.

Proficient in English Language

Solid account management capabilities
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
