• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• With at least 5-7 years customer service experience
• With at least 2-3 years team lead experience is an advantage
• Amenable to work either in Pasay or Taguig
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your team to achieve high performance and deliver results efficiently.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment by setting clear objectives and helping each team member perform at their best.
• Serve as a link between your team and senior management, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Take an active role in identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting continuous growth and development within the team.
• Compile and present data-driven reports from various sources in a clear and organized manner using Excel.
