  • Supervise and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service.
  • Monitor service metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Implement strategies to improve service processes and customer interaction.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 1 years in customer service (Not necessarily BPO)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for high-stress situations
