Job Responsibilities
Support customers and ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers
Interact with customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasks
Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy
Work both independently and in a team environment
Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures
Job Requirements
At least 2 years completed in College
At least 3 years of experience handling clients
Good English communications skills
Strong customer orientation skills
