The Customer Success Liaison owns the relationship with customers subscribing to Stefanini's TotalCare managed services. They will work directly with TotalCare customers throughout their lifecycle as their primary interface to Stefanini. The CSL is an internal liaison responsible for ensuring the customer issues are being addressed with urgency and accuracy. The CSL also works proactively to find ways to serve the customers. A major component of the CSL role will be receiving requests from customers, understanding them and ensuring they are properly defined as business requirements that can be implemented by the technical teams.
Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
Job Requirements
Details:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2 years or more of related experience.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; Strong listening skills
Ability to collaborate in a non-confrontational manner
Demonstrates ability to handle and prioritize workload
Perform effectively under pressure
Experience with formal presentations
Experience with the MS Office Suite
