You will be working for a dynamic and growing customer support center, providing top-tier services to the Taiwan market. We are seeking passionate and communicative individuals to join our team and be the vital link between our brand and our valued customers, and you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to users of our food delivery platform.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain a positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on menu offerings and promotions.
Job Responsibilities:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in customer support.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written), excellent problem-solving skills, strong computer literacy, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via various channels.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, ability to handle multiple tasks and work flexible hours.
Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and able to type in Chinese.
Note:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Must be able to type in Traditional Chinese characters. Basic spoken and written English is required.
Must be willing and able to commit to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and public holidays. This is a full-time, onsite position (Work-from-home is not an option).
