POSITION TITLE: Learning Experience - Instructional Design Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Design and Development of Effective Learning Content using appropriate delivery methods;
Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support accuracy of information to be added in content; Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations
Learning Program Delivery and training resources enablement;
Conduct Train the trainer sessions to ensure consistency in delivery of developed instructor-led courses if necessary
Periodic Creation and Review of Learning Materials
Revise modules or create new material based on pre/post test results, faculty and learner feedback
Communication Materials Development;
Design and create collaterals to communicate information, updates and announcements about training programs being supported such as mailers, brochures, videos, slides and catalogs
Project Management and Content Development Support;
Implementing content development process and setting estimated delivery times across varying training methods
Validation and Quality Review of Content Development Process;
Devise quality standards to ensure output is aligned to expectations and design principles;
Reviewing training materials developed by content developers using standard quality and testing forms

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 2 years Contact Center Training and at least 3 years in Instructional Design and Content Development Experience
Proficient in E Learning Development applications (Articulate, Captivate)
Working knowledge of video editing/ development preferred (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Powtoon)
