Areas of Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.

• Perform database mining to build and maintain a high-quality prospect list for lead generation initiatives.

• Execute outbound calls and follow-up on marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest.

• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall lead generation strategies.

• Manage and maintain CRM and Marketing Automation tools to execute campaigns, track leads, and measure campaign performance.

• Develop personalized lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Provide timely and accurate reporting on telemarketing performance and lead pipeline status.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in telemarketing and lead generation.

• Support other lead generation activities including EDM, partner marketing, webinars, and events as needed.

Required Skills/ Experience / Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

• 1-2 years of lead generation work experience, preferably from IT or solution-selling companies.

• 1-2 years of experience in executing B2B lead generation campaigns including Telemarketing, EDM, Partner Marketing, Events and Tradeshows, Webinars, etc.
