- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Design Manager to lead our design team in creating cutting-edge solutions for our manufacturing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical design process, ensure project timelines are met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical design team.
- Develop and implement design strategies for manufacturing and advertising projects.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications and align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate branding into designs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical design and team management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and advertising strategies is a plus.
