Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Implementation: Lead or participate in the design and implementation of the company’s Kubernetes cluster architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability in large-scale distributed and high-concurrency environments.
• Containerized Operations: Research, optimize, and operate Kubernetes, Docker, and related ecosystem components; build and continuously improve automated operations workflows for the container platform.
• System & Service Operations: Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Linux systems and application services such as Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
• Monitoring, Alerting & Log Analysis: Build or optimize monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix), quickly identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure stable business operations.
• CI/CD & Automation: Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines; implement automated operations using scripting and programming languages such as Shell, Python, and Go.
• Security & Compliance: Develop and improve security protection strategies and compliance audits for Kubernetes and Linux environments; monitor and respond to cluster security risks.
• Technology Research & Team Enablement: Stay up to date with emerging trends and community developments in the container ecosystem; evaluate and implement suitable tools and frameworks, and provide training and technical guidance to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; 5+ years of Linux operations experience and 3+ years of experience operating container platforms (Kubernetes).
• Kubernetes Expertise: Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core components (API Server, Controller Manager, Scheduler, Kubelet, etc.); hands-on experience with deployment and management of Kubernetes resources such as Pods, Services, Ingress, and Helm.
• Linux Systems & Networking: Strong knowledge of Linux system principles; familiar with TCP/IP protocols and common network services; in-depth understanding of firewalls, load balancing, and network routing.
• Container Ecosystem & Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of Docker, Container, and other container runtimes; practical experience operating Kubernetes services on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Shell, Python, Go) for operations automation; strong DevOps mindset.
• Databases & Caching: Hands-on experience with high-availability deployment, backup strategies, and performance tuning for databases and caching services such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience building or optimizing large-scale monitoring and log analysis systems using tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Zabbix, and Grafana.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to drive project execution and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
