Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our US-based client’s marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can take raw ideas or briefs and turn them into engaging, well-executed digital content. You will be responsible for content creation, email marketing execution, and website content updates, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Coordination

• Take provided ideas, concepts, or outlines and transform them into compelling digital content
• Create and edit content for email campaigns, websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals
• Coordinate content schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution

Email Marketing

• Set up, build, edit, and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, MailerLite, or similar tools
• Format email content, images, and links to ensure proper display and functionality
• Perform basic quality checks, testing, and revisions before sending campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, clicks, etc.) and provide basic reports or insights

Website Content Management

• Update and maintain website content using WordPress
• Upload and edit pages, blog posts, images, and basic layout elements
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across the site
• Coordinate minor content changes and updates as requested by the client

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as campaign coordination and content optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams or stakeholders to support ongoing marketing initiatives
• Follow established workflows and ensure tasks are completed according to US business timelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing coordination
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, or similar)
• Working knowledge of WordPress content management
• Strong oral and written English skills with attention to detail
• Ability to take ideas and independently turn them into finished content
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working with a US-based client and aligning with their expectations and standards

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with content calendars or marketing project tools
• Familiarity with analytics and campaign performance tracking
