Marketing Development Specialist

1. Responsible for influencer development and maintenance, assisting in achieving company performance targets.

2. Responsible for Key Opinion Leader(KOL) development and maintenance.

3. Responsible for developing influencers on mainstream social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in spoken English, experience in influencer and external collaboration negotiation and development is preferred.

2. Familiar with Western culture, possesses a good image and temperament, is outgoing and confident, has strong communication and comprehension skills, and is adept at social interaction.

3. Has negotiation skills and strong social abilities.

4. Possesses strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement ideas, and has strong action-oriented capabilities.

5. Results-oriented with strong self-motivation.

6. Summarize various client issues in a timely manner, provide feedback to relevant personnel, and actively follow up on issue resolution.

7. Familiar with the entire drop shipping process.
