The Digital Marketing Specialist for a construction company is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
This role involves creating and optimizing digital campaigns, managing social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
Creativity and ability to think strategically.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
