- Develop, conceptualize, and execute social media content plans and posting calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create consistent and compelling content (images, videos, captions) to increase audience engagement and promote products/services.
- Manage high-volume daily posts, community responses, and overall brand presence across social platforms.
- Plan and implement Meta (Facebook) Ads and other digital marketing campaigns aligned with clinic goals.
- Capture, edit, and publish high-quality images and videos (services, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes activities).
- Design promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for online and offline use.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies effectively.
- Assist in event promotion, marketing campaigns, and in-store promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field is a plus (not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (preferably in the retail or clinic industry).
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content and Ads Manager.
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Experience working with influencers and managing UGC campaigns.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
