Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and employing innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Lead the creation and execution of the marketing calendar, including direct mail campaigns, social media updates, and other promotional activities.
Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms effectively.
Conduct comprehensive market research and create engaging website content.
Develop, design, and implement marketing initiatives aimed at generating demand and increasing website traffic.
Utilise advanced graphic design skills to update the product catalogue and marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and other design software.
Handle eCommerce tasks using platforms like Shopify, eBay, and Neto.
Accurately process online and phone/email purchase orders.
Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
Maintain and manage sales records.
Serve as a backup for the Sales Administrator – Wholesale roles as needed.
