Job Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining our outreach and enhancing our visual brand. This role is a mix of technical automation and creative content production, ensuring our messaging is consistent across social media and our web platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience engagement.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
• Understanding of analytics tools, including Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Experience with WordPress (Elementor) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Outreach: Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator by setting up automated outreach and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Marketing Automation: Integrate and maintain tools such as Dripify and Zapier to ensure high-quality messaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Content Production: Create engaging still-image and video assets to support live job vacancies, corporate events, and promotional initiatives.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and Elementor to ensure content is current and functional.
• Collateral Development: Design and produce marketing materials including emailers, social media posts, and fee proposals.
• Cross-Brand Support: Provide marketing execution across various business units, ensuring consistent branding across our shared infrastructure.
