  • Assist with menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

職位要求

  • Job Title: Waiter
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a quick service restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, proficiency in waitering and cashiering, and excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional service, take orders, assist customers, manage billing, and ensure a clean dining environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for customer service.
  • At least 20-35 yrs old
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • With experience is an advantage
  • With experience in POS system is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
