- Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure a hygienic environment by maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in the organization of the dishwashing area.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, discretion, self-starter attitude, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and mise-en-place techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, wash dishes, and assist in food preparation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, exposure to heat and cleaning agents.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, efficient, and willing to learn.
