- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles and personnel to assigned locations.
- Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary.
- Maintain logs and records of dispatched calls and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality management practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate deliveries, ensure compliance with safety standards, and monitor quality control processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long hours and working flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
