• Sending and receiving vehicle keys, fuel cards, RFID cards.
• Filling in sending and receiving records.
• Verifying vehicle expenses and entering daily ledgers.
• Daily vehicle dispatching and vehicle information docking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Vocational/College level of related course
• At least 1 year experience in Dispatching, Route planning from logistics industry is an advantage!
• Good English communication skills
• Advance MS Excel Skills
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches
• Amenable to work on a Shifting Schedule.
• Willing to work on site, 6 days: Nissan Technopark, Santa Rosa Laguna
